*This article was updated in July 2022 because the original web pages were too large to be indexed by Google.
*I do NOT own the copyright for any movie posters.
*Movies are in no particular order. Please use Crtl F on your keyboard to find a particular movie. Movies that got a wide release in the year after their first screening are listed in the next year. For example, 300 (2006) is listed in 2007 because it only got a wide release in 2007.
*Don't worry about spoilers. You can read the review of any movie without being afraid of spoilers and enjoy the movie if you watch it. I intentionally made sure not to ruin a movie by revealing a hidden plot or hidden climax scene. I simply pass or fail each scene and comment on them.

Another period piece. F*ck me.
Fail of flashback scene.
Always nice to see rich White families doing what rich White families do.
I don't think I saw a single visible minority character. Well done Hollywood. Wait…no I think I saw a black female dancer. Thank god.
The intensity in every scene feels forced.
Fail of almost all scenes. Fail of writing.
Fail all party scenes.
Fail of music content.
Fail of cinematography.
Too much overacting.
Fail of climax scene.
Fail of ending.
This movie looks very expensive. $190 million budget. F*ck me. But it’s Warner Bros. Pictures. So they have money to burn.

Comments:
Decent intro.
Fail of highway scene.
Excellent funeral scene. Best scene of the movie.
Fail of home scene.
Fail of car scenes throughout.
Fail of mob boss highway explanation scene.
Fail of flashback scene.
Fail of pharmacy scene.
Fail of bar scene.
Fail of room scene.
Smothering a hen. That's not cool.
Fail of almost all scenes. This Hangover movie doesn't live up to the reputation of past ones.
Fail of house break in.
Is this movie supposed to be a comedy?
Fail of mob boss house scene.
Fail of music store scene.
Fail of all Vegas scenes.
Fail of climax scene.
Decent ending.
Disappointing movie.

White House Down, 2013: PASS
Commercial Failure
Writer: James Vanderbilt
Director: Roland Emmerich
Dialogue: Pass
Plot: Terrorists want to destroy the US govt.
Story: Ambition, Ethics, Family
Characters: Pass
Good characters.
Acting: Pass
Excellent acting by Jimmi Simpson.
Comments:
Decent intro.
Good guarding scene.
One of the few things that Obama did was make it easier for Hollywood to cast a Black president. Personally, I'm looking forward to a Chinese-American president with a Guyanese accent married to an Aboriginal/Native American woman. That’ll really piss of the Republicans.
Good White House scenes throughout.
Good interview scene.
Good secret service prep scene.
Good tour scene.
Good attack scenes throughout.
Good bathroom attack scene.
Good pentagon scenes throughout.
All it takes to break into White House systems is one genius hacker. Really?
Putting the president on hold. Jokes.
And the president doesn't bother to put on a bulletproof vests. Really?
What unit would storm the White House without bulletproof vests?
I can see why this movie didn't do well in domestic theaters.
Americans always need to see others as the bad guys instead of facing the mirror.
Excellent White House limo lawn scene. Very well done.
Decent black hawk attack scene.
Excellent Air Force One special effects. Very well done. That must have taken a pretty penny in post production.
In terms of cinematography for all movies after 2010 or so, can you please shoot with a shallow depth of field for close up shots and throw a filter on the lens? I'm getting lost in the deep trenches on the actors/actresses imperfect faces. Yes, make up can cover it up, but a simple filter would do.
Good nerd guy scene. Well done.
Good climax scene.
Corny flag scene, but I'll let it go.
Good ending.
A few unbelievable parts but within suspension of disbelief.
This movie should have made much more money. The fact that it didn't proves that God does NOT exist.
Continued in Part 2.
